Delivery Policy

The health and well-being of our consumers, employees and broader community is the main priority. We follow government advice and take rigorous safety measures based on government guidance. For those reasons there may be a delay with the delivery of your online order. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience, we are working extremely hard to deliver your purchase as soon as possible.

Delivery charges are per order:

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send multiple orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, because you are a consumer and purchased your product online you can legally cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 from the date of Dispatch Confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order).

Our policy lasts 14 days after you receive your products. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it - It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you cancelled your purchase but Products have not been dispatched:

If you cancelled your purchase and Products have been dispatched:


You must notify us that you are returning any items from your purchase within 5 days, beginning the day after the day that you receive them. Products must be in the original packaging if possible. You must return Products without undue delay.


Once products have been returned and inspected and are in the resalable condition, we will refund you the price you paid for the Products. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of products if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which is not permitted.

We will refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Products back from you.


We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.


If you cancel your order but do not send off such goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

When returning items, please seal them securely and obtain a proof of postage as we do not hold responsibility of lost items.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
